Video Processing

The tool uses third-party AI to enhance uploaded videos. Review the video requirements shown before uploading. We currently accept supported MP4 videos up to 60 seconds and 95 MB; incompatible encoding, frame rates, dimensions, or other unsupported properties may be rejected before generation.

Each account receives six starter credits, enough for one three-second preview. Later previews cost credits. Preview and full-video generation use the same enhancement capability, but results can vary across frames. A preview is not a guarantee that every frame will improve.

Prices, Credits, And Delivery

Credit packs are one-time purchases in US dollars, with no automatic renewal: $9.90 for 100 credits, $29.90 for 400 credits, or $59.90 for 1,000 credits. Purchased credits do not expire. PayPal processes payment. The checkout shows the amount before you approve it; your payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion charges.

The tool shows the required credits before you start a generation. Starting a task reserves those credits, reducing your available balance while it runs. We settle the charge after delivering a playable, downloadable result. System failures or invalid results restore the corresponding credits. Deleting a successfully delivered result does not restore its charge.

Refunds And Payment Problems

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. For duplicate charges, missing credits, or delivery problems, contact us with your order and task identifiers.

Your Videos And Acceptable Use

You retain your rights in the videos you upload. You authorize us and the providers needed to operate the service to store, process, and return those videos for your requested tasks. You must have the necessary rights and permissions, including for other people depicted in a video.

Upload only safe-for-work content. Do not upload adult or sexually explicit content, violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights, misrepresent enhanced content as verified evidence, bypass security or payment controls, or abuse the service.

AI Output Limitations

AI enhancement may create or alter apparent detail. It cannot guarantee accurate recovery of missing information, and improvement is not guaranteed. Output is not a verified record of what the original scene contained. Review the preview before requesting a full result and review generated output before relying on or sharing it.

Downloads And Deletion

Our uploaded videos and results expire 24 hours after upload creation. Download results before the displayed expiry time. You can request deletion earlier; access is revoked immediately and our copies are cleaned up, including after active writes finish. Third-party temporary copies follow the provider retention rules explained in our Privacy Policy.

Service And Account Availability

Keep access to your account secure. We may restrict misuse and suspend affected features for security or maintenance. If a service problem prevents paid delivery, the credit-restoration provisions above apply.

Intellectual Property And Liability

The service’s software, text, design, and samples remain subject to their respective intellectual-property rights and licenses. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is, without a guarantee of a particular enhancement outcome, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
