Information We Use

Account information. We use your email address, sign-in information, and account identifier to authenticate you, associate your files and orders with your account, and provide support.

Videos and processing information. When you upload a video, we receive its contents, filename, size, and technical information such as duration and resolution. We store processing settings, task status, and generated results so you can review and download them. Upload only videos you have permission to process.

Orders and credits. We keep purchase identifiers, payment status, amounts, currency, credit grants and usage, and refund records. PayPal handles checkout and its own payment information under its privacy policy. We do not receive your PayPal password or full payment-card details.

Browser storage and security. We use cookies or browser storage for sign-in, security checks, and restoring your current upload and task identifiers. Cloudflare provides hosting, private file storage, and Turnstile abuse prevention. Requests may include IP address, browser, device, and connection information.

Analytics and support. Google Analytics helps us understand site usage. Hosting and security logs help us operate the service. If you contact support or previously joined the waitlist, we retain the information you provide for that purpose. We do not sell personal information or use your email for unrelated marketing.

AI Processing And Sharing

We send the video or selected preview segment to Replicate to run the Topaz video model. Replicate receives temporary access needed to process that input and return the output. AI processing providers may operate in countries different from yours. Infrastructure, authentication, analytics, payment, and email providers receive the information needed to perform their respective services. We may also disclose information when legally required.

File Retention And Deletion

Our uploaded videos and generated results expire 24 hours after the upload is created. The tool shows the expiry time; generating a result does not extend it. Download anything you want to keep before expiry.

You can delete a video and its results in the tool. Deletion immediately revokes access through our service and queues removal of our copies. Cleanup also runs after any active upload or processing write finishes, so late writes are removed. Expiry applies to uploads even if no generation was started.

Replicate’s temporary copies follow its own API data-retention rules: by default, API input parameters, outputs, output files, and logs are removed after one hour. Deleting a video here does not promise immediate deletion of every provider copy.

Account, payment, credit, support, and security records are separate from video files. We retain these as needed to operate your account, reconcile purchases, handle disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. The 24-hour file limit does not apply to these records.

Your Choices And Security

Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or removal from the waitlist. Some payment, dispute, or legally required records may need to be retained. We use encrypted transport and access controls; no internet service can guarantee perfect security.
